It's very rare that one of our accounts can't be transferred successfully. But occasionally there may be some double sales or somebody was able to steal an account by recovering one of them from Bandai Namco Entertainment.

If you get the following message outputted, [1] please make sure that you have entered the User ID (9-10 numbers) and the Transfer Code digits correctly (only small letters), that there is no space left front and back, and that you used the code on the correct app (Global or Japan). If it is still not working, please try to restart the app.
